Facilities Manager 

The Facilities Manager at Cedar Crest, Inc. will serve all areas of the campus including: town homes, apartments, CBRF and a skilled nursing facility.  This position contributes to our mission by providing a safe, comfortable and attractive environment to our residents.  This is achieved by providing efficient campus operations, building and grounds maintenance and assisting with the planning and directing of construction projects.  Directs and coordinates activities of the maintenance staff, vendors, and contractors involved in repairs and maintenance of the facility. Implement and maintain programs and procedures to comply with all codes and standards.  Coordinate and ensure completion of corrective and preventive work orders.  Position will assist in budget planning and management.  Manage and motivate staff to strive to meet the mission and goals outlined by the organization through continuing education and quality improvement.
Bachelor’s Degree required.  BS in industrial engineering, plant management, mechanical engineering or other related degrees preferred.  Two (2) years healthcare experience required.  Four (4) years management experience required.  Extensive knowledge of all applicable codes.  Strong computer, communication, financial and project management skills.  Self-motivated to complete tasks accurately and on time.

Full-Time Housekeeper
Cedar Crest currently has a full-time position for an experienced, customer service oriented housekeeper.  The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a health care setting along with prior laundry experience. The hours for this position are from 7:00am to 3:30pm.   All candidates must be available every third weekend and rotating holidays.
