Units are custom designed and feature stucco or brick exteriors, making each condominium one-of-a-kind. Floor plans range from 1,200 to over 2,000 square feet. All floor plans feature two bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, a two-car garage, and two bathrooms. Some units also feature spacious screened porches and exposed basements. |
Residents lease the condos through an Accommodation fee. This fee entitles the resident to continue use of the Condo subject to all terms and conditions of the Residency Agreement. A low monthly maintenance fee covers all snow removal, lawn care, and full condominium maintenance service inside and outside of the units.
Condominium residents are members of the Cedar Crest community and enjoy full access to all facilities, activities, and services, including priority access to apartments, assisted living, and the health center, should the need arise.
